All our bread, sweet rolls and pastries are made every day fresh by our own team of bakers.  Our basic bread is, like in every French bakery, the baguette. The “baguette de tradition française” is made from only wheat flour, water, yeast and salt. And our most important ingredients to make a great bread: time and passion!

We offer white bread, or healthier whole wheat and multigrain options!

The importance and attention we give to (the making of) our bread, we also give to everything else that goes with it on our menu. We always look for the best, locally produced, fresh ingredients.

Pick one of our recommended sandwiches, or build your own: choose the kind of bread and your toppings, like camembert, serrano ham, salmon, pesto and chicken and lots more… And besides sandwiches we also make our own quiches and serve them with a salad. In almost 10 years we've spent in Nicaragua we’ve found great cheeses and cold cuts “made in Nicaragua” and we are proud to share them with you in our café.


Order one our platters with a selection of only cheeses of one with cheeses and cold cuts. Served, of course, with our house-made bread. Complete the trilogy with a glass of wine or one of the Nicaraguan craft beers on our menu.
